🎨 Skin Tone & Texture

(Choosing the right skin tone and texture makes your prosthesis look more natural and lifelike.)

🔎 How We Match

  • At checkout, choose the swatch you believe is closest to your skin tone.

  • Our production team will hand-paint your prosthesis based on both your chosen swatch and your natural-light photos (you may leave notes such as “slightly more yellow than photo” or “a bit pinker”).

  • Matching priority: Circumference fit > Texture realism > Skin tone > Length.

  • Note: Due to 3D texture and lighting differences, minor color variation is normal.

📸 Photo Tips

  • Use natural light (by a window, avoid ceiling lights and direct sunlight).

  • Turn off filters, beauty modes, and HDR.

  • Place a sheet of white paper or a gray card in the photo for reference.

  • Recommended: take one photo each of hand back/palm or foot top/sole.

Example Notes:

  • The photo looks pale, but actually the skin is more yellow.

  • Match the hand-back color, palm is lighter.

  • Feet are about half a tone darker than hands.

🪢 Texture Options

  • Light Texture — Slight texture with a smooth surface.

  • Medium Texture — Indicates a moderate texture.

  • Heavy Texture — Indicates a prominent texture with noticeable surface ridges.

⚠️ Expectations & Fine-Tune Policy

  • Color may vary under different screens and lighting.

  • We rely on your natural-light photos.

  • Before shipping: if needed, you may request one free color fine-tune (slightly brighter, more yellow, or more red).

  • After shipping: due to the custom nature of the product and high shipping cost, color adjustments and returns are no longer supported.

(Note: If there is minor color difference upon receipt, it can be adjusted with makeup, as human skin tone naturally changes with exercise, time of day, and seasons.)

🧴 Care & Cleaning

  • Wash with clean water + mild soap, wipe dry with tissue, and air-dry.

  • Avoid alcohol, nail polish remover, or other strong solvents. Avoid corrosive liquids such as seawater.

  • Avoid long-term friction with dark denim or dyed fabrics.

  • Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

  • For long-term in-shoe wear, clean and dry after each use.
