1. Production Time

All our silicone prosthetic fingers and toes are custom or semi-custom products. Each item is made to order.

• Production time: Approximately 7 business days

• We begin production only after full payment and confirmation of your measurements and skin tone selections.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard international shipping: approximately 10–18 business days depending on your destination.

• Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

Note: Shipping time is in addition to the production time.

3. Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide. However, some remote areas or countries may experience longer delivery times or additional customs procedures.

If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions and will be clearly stated on the product page.

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch.

6. Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. We do not cover or refund these charges.

7. Shipping Delays

Limbcraft is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, incorrect address submissions, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

8. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
