Return & Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our silicone finger prosthetics (semi-custom or fully custom), our return and refund policy is as follows:
1️⃣ Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable
All products are made to order based on the customer’s measurements and skin tone.
Once production has started or the product is completed, it cannot be resold, therefore returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless there is a confirmed quality issue caused by us.
2️⃣ Quality issues caused by us
If any of the following issues occur:

The product arrives damaged or broken

The skin tone is clearly incorrect
(Minor color differences are not considered defects, as they may be caused by lighting, camera, or display variations. In most cases, minor differences can be improved with makeup.)

The size is clearly incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
After confirmation, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.
3️⃣ The following are NOT considered quality issues

Dissatisfaction based on personal or subjective expectations (e.g., skin tone not matching personal preference);

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer;

Minor color differences caused by lighting conditions, camera, or screen display differences.
4️⃣ Please double-check before ordering
Before placing your order, please carefully confirm your size and skin tone selection.
If you are unsure, feel free to contact us in advance for guidance.
5️⃣ Refund processing
For approved refunds, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
