1. Product & Service Description

We specialize in semi-custom and custom silicone finger and toe prosthetics. Products are made to order based on size and skin tone selections provided by you. As a result, each item is uniquely crafted and may have slight variations.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled, as production will have already started.

• We accept payment via major credit cards, PayPal, and other options provided through Shopify.

3. Sizing & Skin Tone Selection

• Customers are responsible for taking accurate measurements according to our sizing guide.

• Skin tone is a customized option. Minor differences in color due to lighting or screen display are normal and not considered defects.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for detailed information. In short, customized products are not eligible for return unless a confirmed product defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to images, designs, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Limbcraft. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct
